Church of God
The Church of God believes the whole Bible to be completely and equally inspired and that it is the written Word of God. The Church of God has adopted the following Declaration of Faith as its standard and official expression of its doctrine.
- The mission of the Church of God is to communicate the full gospel of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19, 20) in the Spirit and power of Pentecost (Acts 2:1-4, 6, 13-18)
- Our vision arises from our understanding of what the sovereign God purposes to do for and through His church. The Great Commission remains our mandate from Christ.

One Accord Church of God is a Spirit-filled, Word-centered, and mission-driven church committed to seeing lives transformed through the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. We equip believers to become faithful witnesses of Jesus Christ and serving the community. We continue working together in joyous times, in sorrow, and everything in between. We support one another. We genuinely enjoy fellowship and doing life together. You will experience God's Word and how to apply it to your life. At One Accord Church of God you will be welcomed unto our family with open arms.
Pastoral Couple
Pastor Dr. Idriss Kallon and Sister Abigail Kallon have faithfully served God together in ministry since 2001. Pastor Idriss began his pastoral journey in lay ministry in Sierra Leone and South Africa, serving
for two decades before being ordained with the Church of God in South Africa in 2024.
After relocating to the United States to pursue a Master of Divinity in Theology, Pastor Idriss continued his ministry journey as a lay minister and Executive Pastor at E3 Church of God from January through July 2026. Since August 2026, he has served as pastor of One Accord Church of God
in Laurel, Maryland.
Together, Pastor Idriss and Sister Abigail are passionate about building a Christ-centered church
where people can grow in faith, experience genuine fellowship, discover their God-given purpose, and serve others. Sister Abigail has a special passion for prayer, counseling, and mentoring younger
women in the faith, bringing compassion and spiritual encouragement to those she serves.
The Kallons are blessed with three children: Joseph and Josephine, who are adults residing presently in South Africa, and Joyce, who lives with them in the United States.
Their desire is simple: to serve God faithfully, love people genuinely, and point others to Jesus Christ.
